We make screens easy and fast to mount on roller frames. Our patented process provides you with screens that have been pre-stretched.

During our stretching process we heat seal tough solvent resistant plastic flexible borders onto stretched screen mesh. We stretch the screen mesh to a precise tension and attach the plastic borders in precise positions so the screen assembly easily mounts on your roller frames and rapidly tensions without softening the corners!

The plastic borders, which are designed to easily insert into roller channels, protect the screen mesh from tearing and help keep ink out of the channels.
