About Us

Rapid Screen Products was incorporated on January 21, 1997 in Columbus, Ohio. The company manufactured roller frame and rigid frame screens for printing labels on compact discs for the information storage and music industries. Our first major customer was Metatec, one of only a few innovative companies to use roller frames to print CD labels. We designed a screen comprising heat sealed plastic borders that greatly simplified and speeded up screen making. Our next big customer was EMI Manufacturing (USA), a music CD manufacturer for the Capitol Records label. We also made screens for EMI Canada.

Over the years Rapid Screen Products has designed and patented new technology in screen making. We have authored five patents in this field and have one patent pending. We believe our technology in screen making for textile roller frames is a significant advancement toward making roller frames more user friendly and providing higher quality printing capability.
